Traktion SAS, as data controller, places great importance on the protection of your personal data. This policy informs you how your data is collected, used and protected when you use the traktion-das.com website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
This policy covers the traktion-das.com website. The Traktion platform (applications for client rail operators and their employees, used only in a professional context) has its own privacy policy; for the platform, Traktion mostly acts as a processor on behalf of the employer.

Our audience analytics tool Umami, self-hosted by Traktion on its own servers, collects anonymised browsing data:

- Clicked areas (aggregated statistics, no session recording)
- Technical performance metrics (page loading times)
- Browser type and operating system
- Country of origin (without precise geolocation)
Umami does not place any cookies on your device, does not collect any personally identifiable data, and does not perform any cross-site tracking.

Traktion implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access, including: encrypted communications (HTTPS), hosting on servers operated by Traktion, and access restricted to authorised personnel only.
